MIRAGES LXV

December, the month of travels, inward or not, the month of Reviews and Introspection. The last month of the year seems a lot busier and really is, because we collect the best moments and look back on them. December is full of great exhibitions in Museums and Galleries but also many great artists and architects, who were born in December and have left or leaving their mark. And as always, every year we pay tribute to the Architect of the Year who is winner of the important Pritzker Prize, Diébédo Francis Kéré. Finally, do not forget the artists and the architects whose names are interwoven with this month, in the column “Traces”, the artists: Lawrence Weiner, Guther Forg, Yoshimoto Nara, Bruce Nauman, Antoni Tapies, Ed Ruscha, Ellen Gallegher, Michael Basuqat, On Kawara, Joseph Cornell, Louise Bourgeoise, Richard Arthwagen, and the architects: Lina Bo Bardi and Oscar Neimeyer.
