Tribu de Trueno is an independent project based on Patagonia Argentina. Born from the desire to build a space for artistic production, which relates in collective practices, the exchange of knowledge and diverse views, about art and its relationship with life.
We seek to generate networks between artists, from anywhere in the world, who, inspired by the powerful landscapes and by an intimate daily life, work on sincere projects.

We hope to host powerful, new or ongoing projects.
Linked to graphic arts, visual arts, literature, audiovisual arts, music, performance, installation, land art.

Duration of residency

from 15 days onwards (maximum month and a half)

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in the fee package.
Each artist is lodged in a private bedroom in Tribu de Trueno.(shared bathroom with an artist)
Kitchen and common meeting area.
shared studio, graphic and silkdscreen studio.

Disciplines, work equipment and assistance

We hope to host powerful, new or ongoing projects. Linked to graphic arts, visual arts, literature, audiovisual arts, music, performance, installation, land art.
we have a multidisciplinary team for collaborative work projects.
The program includes:
* Technical and artistic support for the realization of the project.
* Dissemination of the project.
*Studio with drawing and painting tools.
* Silkscreen workshop available, with the technical support of Barbara Visconti (degree in graphic arts).
* Basic screen printing supplies.
*Computer, printer, scanner and Wacom.
*Wifi

Fees and support

The fee depends on the type of residency program and the period of time. Tribu de Trueno is an independent project; the costs should be covered by the artist, scholarships or sponsors in their country of origin.

Expectations towards the artist

We hope that the artists find a space to materialize their projects, inspired by our fabulous landscapes. And accompanied by our artistic community.
