Due the COVID-19 pandemic the Platforms Project 2020 taking very seriously the events that are happening worldwide, the travel restrictions and the protection of the health of artists as well as its visitors, creates a new perspective on art viewing, the online art fair, Platforms Project Net that will give the opportunity the visitor to get in touch with the works of 800 artist with 63 platforms from 20 countries through a digital exhibition. In the Parallel Program of Platforms Project NET 2020, OPEN STUDIOS, Studios of the Athens School of Fine Arts participate, presenting student’s actions and projects. The educational program KIDS LAB aims to introduce children to contemporary art and is designed for children between 4 to 16 years old from the Dutch platform EX-MÊKH and the artist and art teacher Ellen Rodenberg. The program draws inspiration from the spatial design of the Platforms. The art collectives platforms present their ideas in a space-booth which looks like a large cube. During the Platforms Project the children will be invited to participate in creating a mini space (mini booth-cube) with paper, pencils. In their small space they can draw inspiration from the exhibition. The viewer will be able to watch online a rich and varied programme of 21 online lectures on contemporary art matters, in Greek and English, as well as 22 online performances and videos of the participating groups. Visitors to the Platforms Project NET may engage in direct, real-time dialogue with the artists over the internet
