BOOK:VIA

The book VIA: Is a limited independent handmade, letterpress edition by the artist Pelagia Kyriazi, with digital images mounted on paper by  hand, is an edition of 80 copies, each containing a silkscreen print signed by the artist, designed in a way that combines the characteristic elements of a folio and a book. The cover of the book references the texture of sandpaper, a key material for the artist, who has used it extensively in her printmaking works. As the artist says “I want to make a poetic reading of my work from the perspective of intimacy… to appropriate the hot core of things”.
